Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for St. Lukes Apartments in Richmond, VA.

You will support the Community Manager in daily on-site operations, leasing, and resident relations, with duties spanning reporting, rent collection, and staff coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service focus, and a basic understanding of HUD/HAP and tax credits.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
• Understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• HUD/HAP and tax credit knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing leasing, maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and rental applications.
• Record resident requests and support renewal/retention programs.
• Assist in rent collection and reporting.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
