Job summary

Full Circle Communities, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Villagebrook in Carol Stream, IL. The role supports the Community Manager in financial, administrative, and property operations within affordable housing guidelines.

You will handle recertifications, resident relations, leasing, and coordination with service providers to support housing stability and compliance across LIHTC, HUD, and related programs.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of HUD guidelines, LIHTC, and fair housing requirements.
• Experience with recertifications and affordable housing program rules.
• Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready resident files.

Responsibilities

• Own the resident recertification caseload and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain compliant resident files and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with housing finance agencies and auditors.
• Assist with rent collection, accounts payable, and daily admin.
• Manage applications, eligibility, and waitlist processes.
