Full Circle Communities, Inc. seeks an Assistant Community Manager at 5150 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago, IL to support the Community Manager in daily operations, rent collection, leasing, and resident relations while ensuring compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other programs.

You will manage recertifications, coordinate with agencies, and assist with admin tasks, site visits, and reporting in a mission-driven, service-oriented housing community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of affordable housing policies and LIHTC, HUD, and other guidelines.
• Experience processing recertifications and compliance packages.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own resident recertification caseload and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare audit-ready compliance packets and verify verifications.
• Maintain files in adherence to data security and Fair Housing standards.
• Coordinate with state agencies, auditors, and monitoring groups.
• Support daily admin workflows and act as manager in absence.
