Job summary

Planet Fitness in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to support the Club Manager in daily operations and to ensure a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone for members.

You will lead, train, and coach team members, oversee onboarding, manage inventory, drive KPI performance, assist with hiring, handle member inquiries, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the club.

Qualifications

• 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading a team is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Coach and inspire others to deliver outstanding member experiences.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Provide backup staffing support as needed.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and club essentials.
• Perform routine maintenance and address safety or policy issues.
