Job summary

Planet Fitness in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Club Manager in daily operations and to deliver a consistent Judgement Free member experience. You will lead training, onboarding, and guide the team to meet KPI goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, staffing, inventory, and safety, with daily responsibilities including member check-ins, issue resolution, and collaboration with leadership to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading team is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to complete assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Model behaviors to provide an outstanding member experience; coach and inspire others.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and provide backup staffing as needed.
• Manage inventory system for cleaning supplies and ordering club supplies.
