ADP, Inc. in Butte, MT is seeking an Assistant Branch Retail Manager to lead daily branch operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, balance cash, process transactions, and promote banking products while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

This full-time role requires a strong retail banking background, supervisory skills, and the ability to obtain Notary certification. A retention bonus is offered, with growth opportunities within the bank.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years related experience; 3 years banking experience preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Notary Public certification may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to be bonded.

Responsabilités

• Balance cash drawers and vault daily; maintain dual control procedures.
• Promote and cross-sell banking services to customers.
• Follow CARE program guidelines to meet cross-sales goals.
• Open and manage new accounts with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, Reg E, CC, and CIP.
