Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior banking/financial industry experience is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of bank operations, products, services and data processing duties is expected.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the bank's vision and mission.
• Manage designated branch including hiring, scheduling, evaluations, and training of staff.
• Supervise branch retail personnel and provide leadership.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations.
• Oversee cash limits, security, balancing and internal controls.
• Conduct audits on a monthly/quarterly/bi-annual basis.
• Promote superior customer service and a strong sales culture through coaching.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships and refer cross-sale opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints.
• Open new personal and business accounts as needed.
• Oversee facility operations and security.
• Contribute to branch profitability and cost controls.
