Job summary

Triangle Credit Union in Manchester, NH, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager (Full Time, Onsite) to support the Branch Manager and oversee loan activities.

You will help develop staff, promote TCU products, maintain service standards, and ensure the branch meets its financial and growth goals. You may run the office in the Manager's absence and develop into an FSR servicing members.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of similar or related experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Lending and/or Mortgage experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or certifications equivalent to a degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager and oversee the loan activities.
• Help ensure the Branch meets financial, operational, service, and growth plans.
• Develop staff and mentor team members.
• Focus on Teller/FSR/Lending procedures and service standards.
• Capable of running the office in the Manager's absence.
• Develop into an FSR servicing members as needed.
• Provide management with updates on key operating issues.
