Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related work experience.
• Experience in lending and underwriting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loan interviews and underwrite loans to meet credit union standards.
• Review loan documents and determine loan conditions.
• Assist members with opening new accounts and service requests.
• Support the Branch Manager with employee development, coaching, and staff motivation.
• Help the branch team reach growth goals and drive member relationships.
