Job summary

BrightBridge Credit Union in Plaistow, MA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager, train staff, and drive sales and service standards while traveling to other branches as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years in branch sales, service, and operations.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel to other branches as needed.
• Must be eligible for NMLS/MLO registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with sales, service, and operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff within policy.
• Lead sales initiatives to deepen member relationships.
• Conduct daily huddles and maintain branch operations.
• Originate and close loans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle cash control and account openings.
• Resolve member issues promptly.
