Job summary

Qualifications

• Lending and mortgage experience preferred.
• Prior business development and sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs, develops, motivates, hires, and disciplines branch personnel.
• Provides coaching and executes Triangle's Service Strategy with staff.
• Monitors branch operating results and takes corrective actions.
• Prepares standard reports and attends management meetings with Senior VP.
• Represents the branch in relationships with members, sponsors, suppliers and other institutions.
• Controls past-due and charged-off accounts for the branch.
• Establishes branch goals aligned with company goals and evaluates performance.
• Accounts for all branch operations and sales goals; supports community development.
• Ensures compliance with credit union policies and procedures; enforces Service and Sales Strategies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
