Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Auburn, WA, to lead a team in delivering Breakthrough Client Service and establishing the branch as the bank of choice in the community. The role drives growth by acquiring new relationships and expanding existing ones, while ensuring efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong banking background, several years in lending, and prior people management experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in banking, business, or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of banking experience, including consumer lending and exposure to business lending.
• 2 years of management experience in banking or retail including coaching and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach associates to deliver Breakthrough Client Service.
• Grow branch client base and deepen existing relationships.
• Oversee branch P&L, growth targets, and expense management.
• Ensure audits meet required standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with Retail and bank-wide teams to deliver client solutions.
