• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of retail/service leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with financial products and confidential information.
• Ability to mentor a small team and support branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations while mentoring a small team.
• Step in for the Branch Manager as needed.
• Assist members with accounts and consumer loans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
