Arbor Financial Credit Union in Caledonia, MI is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a small team and support daily branch operations. The role focuses on member service, accounts, and loan support while stepping in for the Branch Manager as needed.

Starting pay is $23.44/hour with a path to professional development in a growth-focused environment that serves West Michigan communities, primarily on day shifts Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, customer service leadership, or leadership in a related field, ideally 2-3 years
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working with financial products, systems, and confidential information

• Proficiency in basic computer operation
• Helpful but not required: Banking/financial services experience; college degree in business, finance, or related field
