Qualifications

• 2–4 years of financial institution experience; supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of branch operations and member service.
• Ability to coach, encourage, and develop others while building a positive team environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations, coordinate workflow and staffing, and keep the member experience running smoothly
• Coach, support, and develop team members while reinforcing teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service
• Step in on complex member needs and service challenges, using sound judgment to find the right solution
• Help employees have meaningful conversations that uncover member needs and connect them with helpful financial solutions
• Support branch goals, operational accuracy, and a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement
• Partner with the Branch Manager to communicate priorities, address challenges, and help drive overall branch success
