Credit-Union ONE is seeking a Branch Manager in Michigan to oversee daily branch operations, drive member service, and sales performance. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining a safe, productive environment for members and employees.

You’ll develop business plans, participate in hiring, and represent the branch in community activities, aiming to achieve growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years in financial services branch or retail management.
• Michigan Credit Insurance License or obtain within 9 months.
• NMLS registration within 4 months of hire.
• May require fluency in a foreign language depending on branch.
• Strong leadership and commitment to member service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and staff performance.
• Coach, develop and review staff performance.
• Lead member service, sales, and compliance with policies.
• Develop branch business plans, budget, and goals.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring activities.
• Engage with community and promote the credit union.
