American 1 Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager at our Home Office Branch in Jackson, MI. This full-time role focuses on supporting the Branch Manager, overseeing daily operations, lending, and providing sales coaching to grow member relationships.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to an engaging, high-service culture. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a branch team toward goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and assist in managing branch operations to ensure superior member experiences.
• Coach branch team on sales, product knowledge, and member growth.
• Monitor branch performance against goals and align with the Branch Manager.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to implement strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with core processes and policies.
