Job summary

PFCU is seeking a Branch Manager in Michigan to lead the Branch Operations team, uphold service standards, and drive financial well-being for members. You will coach staff, manage performance, and ensure adherence to regulatory policies while representing the credit union in the community.

The role requires leadership experience in branch settings, strong communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or completion of specialized certification.
• 3-5 years of similar or related experience, with a minimum of two years’ experience as an Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch Operations team and set performance expectations.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to drive product knowledge and cross-selling.
• Oversee recruitment, payroll approvals, and staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, AML and other regulatory policies.
• Maintain branch service standards and secure, welcoming environment for members.
