Job summary

Members 1st is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I to lead daily branch operations and ensure top-tier member satisfaction. You will guide growth in deposits, loans, and service levels, and select and coach staff to meet performance plans.

You will also ensure policy compliance and promote a consultative sales culture by connecting members and staff to technology and self-service options. Some coverage of other departments may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in branch operations.
• 1–3 years of leadership/management experience.
• General and business knowledge equivalent to an associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations and ensure high member satisfaction.
• Coach staff and drive branch growth in deposits, loans and service ratios.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies and contribute to lobby engagement.
