Job summary

Members 1st is seeking a Universal Branch Manager to lead branch performance, grow deposits and loans, and deliver outstanding member experiences. You will build partnerships within the community, develop staff, and drive a consultative, sales-focused culture across the branch.

The role requires 3–5 years in leadership and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with strong communication skills and a focus on service excellence. Travel as needed may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience; 3-5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or general/business knowledge equivalent.
• Ability to promote products and services in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch objectives and deliver exceptional member and associate experiences.
• Drive branch growth of deposits, loans and service ratio through partnerships.
• Select qualified candidates and create development plans to drive growth and service.
• Engage with the community to build strategic partnerships.
• Turn lobby and transactional engagement into consultative sales opportunities.
• Foster a consultative sales culture among staff and members.
