Job summary

Members 1st is seeking a Member Service Representative II to support branch operations and drive member satisfaction at the Central Region, based in the Market Plaza branch. You will assist with new accounts, lending, account maintenance, and service delivery, while promoting technology and self-service options.

The role may involve leadership responsibilities and coverage for other departments as needed, with a focus on compliance and a consultative sales approach to members and staff.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Travel ability for occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of branch operations.
• Assist with deposits, loans, and service ratio growth.
• Educate members about technology and self-service options.
• Lead branch activities when a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager is not present.
