Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referrals and outbound calling to meet customer needs.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Assist with daily sales activity through coaching and monitoring results.
• Handle operational duties including scheduling, opening/closing, vault cash, and teller transactions as needed.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Act as a risk manager per FNB policies and procedures.
