Qualificações

• High School or GED or equivalent.
• 2 years of related banking experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the sales process through referrals and outbound calling.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers and applicants.
• Assist with daily sales activity through staff coaching and huddles.
• Perform teller transactions as needed and support branch operations.
• Adhere to FNB policies, procedures and risk management requirements.
