Job summary

TruMark Financial Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative at the Doylestown Branch. You will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions, cross-sell products, and resolve member issues while maintaining operational excellence.

What You Bring to the Table

Education:High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or a related field preferred.
Experience:1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or banking preferred.
Skills:Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in technology. A positive attitude and problem‑solving mindset are essential.
Availability:Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, may be required.
