Job summary

Trumark Credit Union in Pennsylvania is seeking a Floating Member Service Representative to join our Retail Operations team. You’ll engage with members, process transactions, and promote our products across multiple branches.

This full-time role requires strong communication, schedule flexibility, and a solid knowledge of banking basics. You’ll learn our systems and help deliver outstanding service while supporting branch teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of branch or equivalent financial institution experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with banking products and systems highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and provide extraordinary service while identifying financial needs.
• Educate members on Trumark’s products, services, and programs to offer tailored solutions.
• Handle loan processes (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage) and assist with settlements.
• Demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools to enhance member experiences.
• Support branch operations, perform teller functions, and assist as a supervisor when needed.

What You’ll Do
As a Member Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys:

• Engage with members: Provide extraordinary service while identifying their financial needs.
• Promote solutions: Educate members on Trumark’s products, services, and programs to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Handle loan processes: Complete loan applications, process requests (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage), and assist with settlements.
• Leverage technology: Demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools to enhance member experiences.
• Support the branch: Perform teller functions, resolve escalated issues, and assist as a supervisor when needed.

What You Bring To The Table

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; continuing education preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of branch or equivalent experience with a financial institution.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of banking products and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or other shifts as needed.
