In this role you will coach team, manage operations in the Branch Manager's absence, oversee compliance and safety, and drive local outreach to grow deposits and loans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in a branch or equivalent financial role, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask under pressure.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Act as Branch Manager in their absence and ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and mentor branch personnel in service, sales and operations.
• Maintain operational integrity, compliance, and branch security.
• Create a team environment to deliver superior member experiences.
• Partner with Field Representatives to address audit issues.
• Proactively generate business through community outreach and in-branch promotions.
• Analyze loan applications and provide informed recommendations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and service coverage.
