Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in Wheat Ridge, CO. You will lead Bakery Clerks, assist the Bakery Manager, and supervise daily bakery operations to ensure quality, safety, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in retail grocery with supervisory experience, strong people skills, and the ability to manage shifts, orders, and displays while adhering to health and safety standards. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years’ retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate outgoing, friendly behavior and positive attitude with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take/give direction in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform department housekeeping and sanitation per guidelines.
• Able to operate knives, scales, wrappers, and pallet jacks as needed.
• Stand up to 3 hours at a stretch and lift up to 40 lbs. as required.
• Follow safety, health, and regulatory requirements and obtain a Food Handlers permit.

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory controls and supervise the Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damage and maintain product quality.
• Ensure excellent customer service and sanitation compliance.
• Unload deliveries and operate deli equipment as needed.
• Support a fast-paced, high-quality bakery operation.
