• Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Issue Sales Orders, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders as needed.
• Manage and track shipping documentation from shipment through invoicing.
• Monitor production and shipping timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, customer requirements, and account-specific processes, including customer portals.
• Actively participate in weekly vendor meetings, providing updates and information on operational issues.
• Develop collaborative working relationships with Sales, Manufacturing & Production, Accounting, IT, and Art/Design teams.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects while meeting established deadlines.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
