Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking an Associate Account Manager to assist the Sr. Account Manager with daily tasks and project coordination, while managing client relationships. The role collaborates closely with account and project management teams to support multiple projects and deadlines.

We value highly organized individuals with excellent communication, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to read blueprints. Prior experience in clerical admin or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
• Manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities.
• Work history in clerical administration, office management, purchasing, graphics, print and/or sales.
• Proficient with current software programs.
• Ability to read blueprints and store elevation drawings preferred.
• Background in construction and/or design preferred.
• 2+ years in related field or administrative responsibilities with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain files for client projects.
• Coordinate artwork requests and facilitate approval process while exhibiting a dependable, positive and encouraging demeanor.
• Communication with all levels of employees and customers.
• Creating estimates and work orders for assigned projects.
