Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Issue Sales Orders, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders as needed.
• Manage and track shipping documentation from shipment through invoicing.
• Monitor production and shipping timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Maintain understanding of products, customer requirements, and account-specific processes.
• Participate in weekly vendor meetings and provide updates on operational issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Accounting, IT, and Design teams.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Identify and resolve issues to support customer satisfaction and efficiency.
