Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support the Sr. Account Manager with daily tasks and project coordination, while managing client relationships.

The role works closely with account and project management teams, handling files, artwork requests, approvals, and communications with staff and customers. Ideal candidates are highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities.
• Experience in clerical administration, office management, purchasing, graphics, print and/or sales.
• Ability to read blueprints and store elevation drawings preferred.
• Background in construction and/or design preferred.
• 2+ years in related field or administrative responsibilities with customer focus.

• Assist the Sr. Account Manager with daily tasks and job coordination.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate artwork requests.
