Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Assistant Supervisor PT to deliver CARD ABA treatment across the center, home, and community settings under supervision. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, collect data, help implement individualized programs, train staff, and ensure HIPAA compliance while supporting caregivers and patients.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential required within 90 days of start date
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience OR bachelor’s with 2 years experience OR master’s with relevant experience
• Experience in designing/implementing behavior modification interventions
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• English proficiency (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Supervise cases and Behavior Technicians under CARD Clinical Supervisor
• Provide clinical feedback during training, data review and team meetings
• Report progress to Clinical Supervisors and assist with action plans
• Conduct Caregiver Collaboration meetings
• Assist with FBAs and BIPs
• Maintain SKILLS accounts and update lesson notes
• Set and meet performance goals for case quality and admin duties
• Train new staff members and provide direct treatment when needed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance across settings
• Attend trainings and required meetings
• Other duties as assigned
