Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders seeks a dedicated Assistant Supervisor PT to oversee treatment programs for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders, delivering mid-level supervision and direct therapy onsite. The role collaborates with Clinical Supervisors to ensure quality ABA delivery and accurate data collection across CARD centers, homes, and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCAT or RBT credential must be obtained within 90 days from start date.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year experience OR a bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience OR a master’s degree with the appropriate experience.
• Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance, as necessary.
• English proficiency, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide top-quality supervision of cases and Behavior Technicians under the direction of the CARD Clinical Supervisor.
• Provide clinical feedback to Behavior Technicians through training, meetings, data review, etc.
