Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years banking/default/client services experience.
• Identify and resolve complex issues; strong communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and internal systems.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.

Aufgaben

• Independently process accounts secured by collateral in various default stages.
• Prepare, review and/or analyze department reporting.
• Minimize risk by complying with Federal regulations and Bank policies.
• Use multiple systems/tools to monitor and determine appropriate outcomes.
• Maintain professional relationships with peers, managers, clients and vendors.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics as defined by management.
• Support departmental controls for process adherence and KRI results.
• Evaluate accounts and reporting to determine next steps.
