Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years in Financial Services including Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Probate, or Collections
• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years in Financial Services incl. bankruptcy/foreclosure/probate/collections

Responsibilities

• Analyze documentation and information within a portfolio of accounts before initiating actions
• Manage pipeline of accounts and ensure tasks are completed within timeframes
• Update systems with detailed notations and determine next steps with external attorneys/vendors
• Maintain relationships with managers, associates, vendors, and other key contacts
