Job summary

Hermès Seattle Boutique is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead AP training and compliance, conduct audits, and support investigations. The role focuses on safeguarding merchandise, cash, and personnel, with daily responsibility for access control and incident reporting.

You will supervise AP associates, coordinate with management, and maintain security systems while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial Experience preferred.
• 8 hr. Pre Assignment and 16 hr. OTJ certificates / Security License (mandatory in NYC only)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 0–25 lbs.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

• AP Associate training, coaching and supervision.
• Violation and incident reporting.
• Conduct audits and maintain records; complete required audits and inspections.
• Investigation and follow up; support APM in investigations.
• Conduct routine security inspections and communicate hazards to management.
• Control access of associates and visitors to protect assets.
• Participate in damage review with APM/OPS Director.
• Maintain AP equipment (radios, cyberkey, CCTV).
• Report POS noncompliance and operational issues to AP Senior Management.
