Hermès Meatpacking Boutique is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to safeguard company assets and enforce policies in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will lead AP associates, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and coordinate with store management to ensure loss prevention and safety.

Responsibilities include training, incident reporting, routine inspections, access control, and maintaining AP documentation.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial Experience preferred
• 8 hr. Pre Assignment and 16 hr. OTJ certificates / Security License (mandatory in NYC only)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Enforce and protect company assets including merchandise, money and equipment
• Report violations and incidents; conduct audits and document results
• Investigate and follow up with AP team
• Conduct routine facility inspections for security and safety hazards
• Control access of associates and visitors to protect assets
• Report theft and liaise with local authorities
• Maintain AP equipment and ensure process compliance
• Monthly review meetings with AP team to address concerns
