Job summary

Hermès in New York is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to enforce and protect company assets, including merchandise, money, equipment, and personnel. You will report to the Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager and collaborate with sales and selling support teams to maintain a high-standard client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities include AP training, audits, incident reporting, investigations, security inspections, access control, and daily coordination

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to operate all required equipment.
• Regular in-person work at the designated location.

Responsibilities

• AP Associate training, coaching and supervision; ensure AP Awareness.
• Violation and Incident reporting.
• Conducting audits and maintaining records; provide accurate documentation of results.
• Investigation and follow up with APM in investigations.
• Routine security inspections of the facility and communication of hazards.
• Control access of associates and visitors.
• Maintenance of AP equipment (radios, cyberkey, CCTV Protex).
