Job summary

Hermès in the United States seeks a Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager for the Central Region to lead safety, shrink control, and security initiatives across stores.

You will build and coach a field AP team, manage budgets, partner with store management and HR, conduct audits, and travel to locations as needed to ensure inventory accuracy and safeguarding of personnel and merchandise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a retail Asset Protection Manager or higher.
• Experience with EBR reporting.
• Wicklander and Zulawski interviewing skills certification.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments of Asset Protection and operational performance to identify areas and processes that may impact shrink and inventory control.
• Delivers monthly metrics, AP reports, and cycle count reconciliation findings to store management and executives.
• Investigates internal policy or procedure violations using exception-based reporting in partnership with HR and AP leadership.
• Manages the asset protection timeline for new store projects and renovations, coordinating budgets and vendor expectations.
• Diagnoses and reports on offsite warehouses to ensure inventory readiness for openings.
• Maintains relationships with AP industry stakeholders and law enforcement for collaboration.
• Prepares monthly posters on shrink causes and theft trends to educate teams and improve safety; travels to stores as required.
• Oversees budgets and trains AP teams; travels ~40% of the time for large events and openings.
