Qualifications

• 1–2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial Experience preferred.
• 8 hr Pre Assignment and 16 hr OTJ certificates / Security License (mandatory in NYC only).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 0–25 lbs.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

• AP associate training, coaching and supervision.
• Violation and incident reporting.
• Conducting audits and maintaining records; provide documentation of results.
• Investigation and follow-up; support APM in investigations.
• Conduct routine facility inspections for security; communicate hazards.
