Job summary

Hermès in New York is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead AP awareness, audits and investigations in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will train AP associates, report incidents, conduct routine security inspections, and partner with store leadership to protect assets and ensure compliance. The role requires 1–2 years AP/retail experience, NYC security licensing, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial Experience preferred.
• 8 hr. Pre Assignment and 16 hr. OTJ certificates / Security License (mandatory in NYC only).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a luxury retail env.

Responsibilities

• Enforce AP policies and educate staff on AP awareness.
• Report violations and incidents with proper documentation.
• Conduct audits and keep accurate records; follow up on investigations.
• Ensure security by controlling access for associates and visitors.
• Communicate hazards to local management and coordinate with AP team.
