Job summary

Hermès Seattle Boutique is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead AP associates, enforce security measures and protect company assets in a bustling retail environment. This role reports to the Area Asset Protection Manager and collaborates with store leadership to mitigate loss and risk while maintaining exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in Asset Protection or retail supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage investigations,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial Experience preferred
• 8 hr. Pre Assignment and 16 hr. OTJ certificates / Security License (mandatory in NYC only)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and Decision-making skills
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position

Responsibilities

• AP Associate training, coaching and supervision.
• Violation and Incident reporting.
• Audits / maintaining proper records and documentation of results.
• Investigation and follow up with APM in all manners of investigations both external and internal.
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to maintain physical security and protection of assets.
