Job summary

Hermès Seattle Boutique seeks an Asset Protection Supervisor to enforce security across store assets and personnel. You will train and supervise AP associates, conduct audits, and lead investigations in collaboration with the Area Asset Protection Manager.

Daily duties include security reviews, incident reporting, and enforcing policies to prevent loss. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to stand for long periods while managing access and safety across the

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial experience preferred.
• 8 hr. Pre Assignment and 16 hr. OTJ certificates / Security License (mandatory in NYC only)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 0-25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• AP Associate training, coaching and supervision; ensuring APA compliance and education (AP Awareness).
• Violation and incident reporting.
• Conducting audits and maintaining records; provide accurate documentation of results.
• Investigation and follow up; support APM in investigations.
• Conduct routine facility safety inspections and protect assets; communicate hazards.
• Ensure physical security by controlling access of associates and visitors.
• Monthly touch base with APM and APA’s to review training.
• Reporting of any theft to APM and interaction with local law enforcement.
• Review of Cegid reports daily; discuss negatives, voids, returns, quota items.
• Supervision of all off site sales; partnership with floor management.
• Review of safe logs.
