Job summary

Hermès Seattle seeks an Asset Protection Supervisor to enforce protection of all company assets and enforce AP procedures. The role includes training, audits, investigations, and daily security oversight of the store and premises.

Requires 1–2 years in AP/retail management, security certification (NYC), strong communication, and the ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs. In-person work at the Seattle store is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial Experience preferred
• 8 hr Pre Assignment and 16 hr OTJ certificates / Security License (NYC only)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and Decision-making skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated location

Responsibilities

• AP Associate training, coaching and supervision and AP Awareness.
• Violation and Incident reporting and audits with proper records.
• Investigations in partnership with APM and local law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain facility security and asset protection, including access control.
• Daily and monthly reviews of AP documents, equipment, and reports.
• Supervise off-site sales and coordinate with floor management as needed.
