Hermès Seattle Boutique seeks an Asset Protection Supervisor to safeguard people, premises, and assets across the Pacific West Region. This role reports to the Area Asset Protection Manager and emphasizes training, audits, and strong partnerships.

Responsibilities include supervising AP associates, conducting inspections, handling investigations, and ensuring compliance with policies. The position requires 1-2 years in AP/retail and a security license; reliable in-person work at the store.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Asset Protection / Retail / Managerial Experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated location is an essential function

Responsibilities

• AP Associate training, coaching and supervision; ensure AP awareness.
• Violation and incident reporting; maintain proper records and audits.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to protect assets and ensure safety.
• Control access of associates and visitors; security of POS procedures.
• Daily/Monthly reviews and reports; collaborate with AP management.
