• Drive shrinkage reduction by implementing action plans and standards
• Investigate internal theft with evidence gathering and partnerships
• Monitor with video systems to support investigations
• Use RFID and movement data for merchandise investigations
• Maintain general safety of customers, employees, and store
• Lead security audits and shrinkage awareness training
• Serve on the store Emergency Response Team (ERT) and participate in training
• Prepare and submit incident reports and testify in court when summoned
• Build partnerships with store leaders, retailers, and local law enforcement
