You will monitor surveillance, support investigations, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink while promoting operational excellence. You will collaborate with Asset Protection and Store Operations teams, participate in training, and liaise with local law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity.
• Support investigations by gathering data and responding to alarms.
• Enforce safety and security procedures to maintain a safe store environment.
• Execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools.
• Complete accurate incident, investigation, and security metric reports.
• Assist in training store teams and coordinate with local law enforcement.
