• Experience in investigative, asset protection and security procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve theft using judgment and conduct high-quality apprehensions in high shrinkage areas while following policy and AP guidance.
• Identify theft trends by leveraging reporting and surveillance tactics.
• Drive shrinkage reduction by implementing action plans and merchandise protection standards.
• Identify, elevate, and support internal theft investigations through reports and surveillance systems.
• Investigate internal theft by gathering evidence and collaborating with AP Leadership and Investigation teams.
• Use video systems to monitor theft activity and support investigations.
• Lead security audits and training within the store to safeguard assets and people.
• Serve on the store Emergency Response Team and participate in training, including First Aid.
