• Resolve theft by prudent apprehensions while adhering to policy.
• Identify theft trends using technology and surveillance.
• Drive shrinkage reduction through action plans and standards.
• Support internal theft investigations with reports and data.
• Investigate internal theft with evidence gathering and partnerships.
• Use video systems to monitor theft activity and aid investigations.
• Leverage RFID data to track merchandise movement.
• Maintain safety and security of customers and employees.
• Lead security audits and shrinkage awareness in-store.
• Serve on the Emergency Response Team and participate in training.
• Prepare and submit reports for incidents and investigations.
• Testify in court when summoned.
• Build partnerships with store leaders, retailers, and local law enforcement.
