Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Agent to safeguard customers, associates and merchandise. Responsibilities include resolving theft, identifying trends, and supporting investigations while maintaining a safe store environment.

You will work with leadership and the Emergency Response Team to respond to incidents and ensure compliance with policies. The role requires a valid security license where applicable, strong judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly.

• Monitor activity via video systems and RFID data.
• Maintain safety and security of customers and associates.
• Participate in store Emergency Response Team training.
• Prepare thorough incident and investigation reports.
